We can create any color in our in-house dyeing laboratory with a dye kitchen. In the first step, our customers’ master samples are calibrated in order to precisely adapt the dye formula to the individual customer and product requirements. This involves us providing near-term lab dips for color evaluation along with complete lab dips for decision-making.
The prepared dye formulas are then automatically transferred in the dyeing. To ensure color consistency, we use electronically-aided monitoring of the color appearance equipped with the very latest measuring processes throughout all of the downstream production steps. Our dyeing department uses a variety of different technologies and production processes to dye batches of various sizes. These dyes are permanent and feature high levels of light resistance and the greatest stability. We especially value environmental protection and sustainability in the continuous improvement of our dyeing process, and accordingly use less dyes, raw materials and water in creating optimum results.
